Bring back P2P lol!!!
Have customers ever come in to ask if they could download music? Yep, I explain we have a 5MB (how big is a clear sounding music file?) cap on files we're able to download and it's reason enough for them to say ok, look at me blankly for a couple of seconds then procede with life. I'm not sure whether they do continue downloading music from the Learn.net but more often than not I walk past, take a precursory glance and see Lady Gaga frolicking on Youtube...*sigh*
Lady Gaga is insane, I'm almost convinced of it. I think a lot of our uninitiated customers have this idea that mp3s are out there and easily accessible *frowns* that's so not the case and a lot of them won't/don't realise that until they try for themselves. With a distinct lack of success on our learn.net pcs. Eep.
